Germantown Youth Sports will be using Online Registration.

1. Create an online portal for your family
2. Register each child and as programs are available.
3. Each registration will have specific instructions for Payments.
4. All the Credit Card transactions are being handled by the Sports Connect website.
5. Checks can be made out to "Germantown Youth Sports" and mailed to the P.O. Box 292, Germantown, NY 12526.  For any additional questions email us at [email protected]
